Students who have participated in Dixon Girls Forums are asked to complete a personal survey during the first Forum (some schools request as many as four Forums to be held throughout the academic year). This survey contains questions regarding self assessment, friends, assertiveness, and leadership. After each Forum, the girls are asked to complete an evaluation of their experience. The information gathered from these questionnaires is used to make adjustments to the curriculum and plan for upcoming forums.
