Careers in Aging Week April 5th-9th, 2004
The University of Utah College of Social Work, W.D. Goodwill Initiatives on Aging, (395 S. 1500 E. Rm 207) hosted a week long series of interdisciplinary displays on career and education opportunities in the field of aging. A panel presentation of aging experts and community professionals was held on Tuesday, April 6th with a reception that followed for a chance to network with the panelists and other professionals in the field of aging. This event was part of a national campaign to help bring awareness to the need for professionals within the field of aging and to recruit students into this professional and academic arena.

Peter Pan Development Event December, 2002.

Donors and supporters of the College of Social Work’s W.D. Goodwill Initiatives on Aging were invited to attend a special dinner and theater production of Peter Pan in December, 2002. This event also included a special presentation from Percy Devine, an alumni of the University of Utah College of Social Work, who is the Regional Director for the National Department of Aging.
